An Azerbaijani mobile is +994, an operator prefix (50, 51, 55, 70, 77 or 10), then seven digits: +994 50 123 45 67.

Azerbaijan mobile networks

Every genuine Azerbaijan mobile number belongs to one of these networks:

• Azercell
• Bakcell
• Nar

Knowing the network matters for two reasons: some local services only accept particular operators, and delivery speed varies between them. If one number receives nothing, try one on a different network before giving up.
