Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Receive-SMSS.live, including public SMS feeds, premium/private numbers, dashboard features, payments, APIs, and support channels available in English and Arabic. By accessing the site, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Public numbers are free to browse; do not send private data to them.
Premium/private slots, coupons, and temporary assignments require a verified account.
We may suspend accounts to protect telecom partners, carriers, and other users.
1. Eligibility and acceptance
You must be at least 16 (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to create an account or purchase premium services. By creating an account, logging in with Google, or using the dashboard, you confirm that you are authorized to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.
If you are accessing the site on behalf of a company, you represent that you can bind that company to these Terms.
2. Accounts, security, and verification
- Provide accurate information (name, email, email language) and keep it updated. We may ask you to verify your email before granting access to premium/private numbers.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your password and OAuth tokens. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use so we can revoke sessions or block your API key.
- One free account per individual or organization is allowed unless we explicitly approve additional seats.
- We reserve the right to disable accounts that fail verification, abuse coupons, or resell access without permission.
3. Service scope
Receive-SMSS.live publishes temporary phone numbers collected from telecom partners so you can receive one-time SMS codes. Public feeds are visible to everyone and may be cached for performance. Premium feeds require a logged-in account, and private numbers are exclusively linked to the paying user in the dashboard. Temporary-number APIs let authenticated users assign/release numbers for scripted testing. Because SMS routes depend on carriers, message delivery is not guaranteed for every service.
Do not ask third parties to send classified, medical, banking, or personal data to public numbers, as anyone can see that inbox.
4. Acceptable use policy
What you may do
- Receive verification codes, QA test your apps, or verify social media accounts within applicable laws.
- Use our documented APIs or dashboard exports to integrate with your automation scripts, respecting rate limits.
- Report unusable numbers, abuse, or policy violations through the contact form or WhatsApp support page.
What you may not do
- Use the platform for spam, phishing, SIM swapping, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.
- Scrape message feeds at scale, bypass the dashboard, or exceed rate limits without prior written approval.
- Tamper with numbers, reverse engineer the service, or interfere with telecom partners and infrastructure.
Violating this policy may result in immediate suspension, forfeiture of numbers, or referral to appropriate authorities.
5. Plans, payments, and refunds
- Public access is free. Premium and private numbers, coupon redemptions, and temporary-number assignments display the applicable price before checkout.
- We currently support PayPal and NOWPayments. Taxes or currency conversions may apply based on your billing country.
- Numbers are provisioned only after the payment processor confirms the transaction. If a number cannot receive SMS due to our infrastructure for more than 24 consecutive hours, contact support for a prorated credit or refund.
- Chargebacks, disputed payments, or fraudulent coupons lead to immediate suspension and forfeiture of credits.
6. Content and privacy expectations
SMS content received by public numbers is visible to every visitor and may be indexed by search engines. Premium/private inboxes are accessible only to the purchasing account, but the upstream carrier still processes the content. By using the site you acknowledge that we do not control what third parties send to a number and we are not responsible for the legality of third-party messages.
- Do not upload malicious files, scripts, or code through contact forms, support tools, or dashboards.
- If you believe a message violates your rights, use the contact options below and include the country/number and timestamp of the offending SMS.
7. Availability, warranties, and liability
We strive for 99% uptime but rely on third-party carriers, hosting providers, and payment processors. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us during the three months preceding the event.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so the above may not apply to you. Consumers retain any non-waivable statutory rights.
8. Suspension or termination
- We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms, create technical risks, or disrupt other customers.
- You may cancel your account anytime from the dashboard or by contacting support. We will close open invoices and remove associated private numbers at the end of the billing term unless law requires a longer retention period.
- Upon termination, your right to use the service stops immediately. Sections covering payments owed, acceptable use, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect new features, pricing, or legal requirements. We will post the revised Terms on this page, update the date above, and—when changes are material—notify logged-in users via dashboard alerts or email at least 7 days before the effective date. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the revised Terms.
10. Contact
Contact form / in-app support
Submit requests through receive-smss.live/contact or the Help & Support widget in your dashboard. For urgent abuse reports, provide the full URL, country code, and timestamp of the offending content in question.
If you are a telecom partner or law-enforcement agency, mention it in the subject so we can route the request appropriately.
